The Harman/Kardon AVR 2600 is a 7.1-channel A/V receivers introduced at the 2009 CEDIA Expo. It features everything on the AVR 1600, but adds along a bevy of features, including an audio input for iPod charging, configurable back amps for 7.1 or Zone II output, and the Faroudja “Torino” video scaler/enhancer, which upconverts to/from composite to component or HDMI (720P, 1080i, 1080p).
