Pioneer Elite VSX-36TX
$1,450.00
Released April, 2001
The Pros:Switching between sources and making them work together is easy. THX EX and DTS ES work in both zones, great quality. Channel separation is really good, creates an immersive theater experience.
The Cons:Generates a lot of heat, need to allow for lots of space. Need an additional amplifier to get the back speakers 6 and 7 to function right. Many connections are not gold plated and feel a little flimsy.
