The VSX-9140TXH addresses a common issue with HDMI cable connections, in specific, timing errors in the digital bit-stream between two connected components. The receiver uses PQLS-Multi technology to synchronize and buffer the digital audio signals, removing the audible effects of those timing errors. The Pioneer VSX-9140TXH comes with DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True HD decoding and is both Satellite radio and XM radio ready. It has a menu screen that displays on screen album art and has up to three zones of AV distribution around the house.
