The Pioneer VSX-D511 comes equipped with various surround modes for movies and music, so that the user can pick the setting depending on what the format requires. The Pioneer VSX-D511 also comes with a streamlined remote control that makes set-up and use easy, even for the technologically challenged. Though the reviews of this receiver have been generally favourable, the Pioneer VSX-D511 has been discontinued.
