The Sony STR-DA3500ES is a 7.1 channel A/V receiver offered by Sony which delivers 700 watts (7 x 100W) or total output power. It is designed to give an HD surround sound experience with features like HD Digital Cinema Sound developed with Sony Pictures for a true at the movies experience.

It has Dolby Digital+, Dolby TrueHD and dts (dtsHD) decoding as well as 8ch Linear PCM for a thrilling surround sound experience. The DCAC (digital cinema auto calibration) automatically optimizes the sound of your system to match your room acoustics with the push of a button. It is also designed to give matching HD quality video with a built in 1080p upscaling HDMI output and four HDMI inputs. You can easily enjoy digital video content from portable devices thanks to an additional 5 A/V inputs, 2 A/V outputs and Digital Media Port. It has a built in AM/FM tuner with 60 chanel presets, auto tuning and station name display. Other features include BRAVIA sync capabilities, 15 different sound field designs and two remote controls for independant control for two outputs.
